Shipping policy
Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible.
In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. The delivery time may be extended during peak seasons and sales events.

If your order totals over $100, you qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
For an order to qualify for FREE SHIPPING, the merchandise total must be greater than $100, excluding taxes. If any portion of the order is returned for a refund, and the order no longer qualifies for free shipping, $6.50 will be deducted from the refund.
Estimated delivery time is for in-stock items and begins after your order is complete.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping or shipping discounts.
Shipments are only processed on weekdays, orders from the weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery times listed are not guaranteed, but are an approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as personalized or hand stamped orders.
Shipments are mailed to the address that is provided during the order placing process. Lumbredesigns.com ships to that address and cannot be held responsible if the incorrect address was provided to us.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact your local United States Postal Service Branch and address the issue directly with them. Lumbre Designs does not accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not refund or credit packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
